Portland had nothing to do with this.
And, this is not schadenfreude (SHOD-n-froy-duh), ok, maybe a tiny bit.

The public support for the arena has fallen short. The city council is looking for was to make the project less expensive. The public funding has “an iron cap”.

DAMN YOU PORTLAND!
